This marks the sixth year of the #Asquad Transformation Challenge. Every year, I run this challenge exclusively for my clients as a way to reward real effort, consistency, and measurable change.
There is no separate entry fee for the challenge. The only cost to participate is enrollment in my online or in-person coaching. All cash prizes are funded out of pocket by me and awarded to clients who put in the work over the course of the challenge.
You won’t find a better opportunity to transform your body and compete for serious cash.
Participation in the 90-day challenge requires an active membership. Coaching is available online worldwide or in-person in South Jersey.
Once enrolled in a membership, email Alex@AsquadCoach.com with the subject line “I Want to Do the Challenge.”
Include your full name in the body of the email. You’ll receive a reply with your personal entry number and all the information you need to get started.
You’ll have the remainder of January to officially start the challenge. While you’re allowed to wait, starting sooner is strongly encouraged.
Once you begin, you’ll have 90 days to commit fully, push for your best possible transformation, and put yourself in position to win serious cash.

Over the last four years, I’ve paid out over $30,000 USD in cash prizes through this challenge.
This year, instead of setting a fixed prize amount, the prize pool will operate on a sliding scale. For every 5 members who join by January 31, 2026, an additional $1,000 will be added to the total prize pool.
The final prize amount will be announced toward the end of January.

This is a transformation challenge, not a “biggest loser” contest. The goal is not simply to lose the most weight, but to create the most positive and visible change to your body over 90 days.
Whether that means fat loss, improved conditioning, increased muscle, or overall fitness, what matters is the quality of the transformation.
Once all participants have completed their 90 days, final transformations will be reviewed and voted on to determine the winners.

Each participant will have their own unique start date for the challenge. Your 90-day period begins on the day you officially start Day 1, not on a fixed calendar date.
This means that if one participant starts on January 20 and another starts on January 31, both will receive a full 90 days to complete the challenge. Everyone is given the same amount of time to work, regardless of when they begin.
Once your Day 1 is started, your 90-day clock is locked in and cannot be reset or paused.
