I customize a workout and a diet plan based on your personal goals. Everyone lives different lives and has their own unique body. That is why each person should have their own customized program.
I can create any meal plan that you need to fit your lifestyle. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free, etc. I write a fully laid out diet breaking down each meal telling you exactly what to eat. If you like tracking your own macros I can send you that as well.
I provide online coaching to ANYONE that needs it! Whether you are just working towards living a healthier lifestyle, contest prep, or someone who works out at home, I can create a plan for you!
Plans are updated WEEKLY, they are sent out Friday/Saturday. The updates could be small or large adjustments, based on your progress photos and feedback.
You are asked to send your progress photos every Friday morning before you eat breakfast. This will stay between us, and I will NEVER post about your transformation unless you approve it.
There is NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT. Just make sure when you are ready to cancel you give me at least a 2 days' notice.
I am always available via text or email, and usually respond very quickly. You will not have to wait around for a reply. I believe communication is key to success with clients! Alex@Asquadcoach.com
